Hi All, I’m excited to announce I’ll be performing at Town Hall in Seattle on 11/15 as part of their Saturday morning Family Concert series. The music starts at 11am. I’ll be bringing a variety of instruments, as well as sound effects to make an imaginative, engaging and memorable show for people of all ages. I’m looking forward to implementing some new ideas at this show, such as showcasing a collection of historical ferry sounds I have been collecting as part of the performance.

I also wanted to share a new Halloween song I have written called “Between Midnight and 1” about how that time is when the veil is at its thinnest. It is an admonition to tricker or treaters to get their trick and treatin done before the witching hour arrives. It was inspired by listening to the Duncan Williamson’s telling of the old story “Tam Lin” which includes this belief as an important part of the story. I listened to a bunch of Duncan’s stories and each one had the same melody I used in this song.
My website is having an issue embedding the videos, which will hopefully resolve, but if not, you can click on the links below to listen. Enjoy!
